We offer you the following booking options for your vacation:
Deposit & Booking Conditions:
When making your booking, we request a deposit of EUR 200 per room or apartment.

Check-in & Check-out:
On arrival day, your room or apartment will be available for check-in after 3pm. On departure day, we request that you check out of your room by 10:30am, allowing us to clean for incoming guests. On arrival or departure day, we are more than happy to make a room available for you to store your luggage in and/or change clothes.
Floor Plans & Descriptions of Amenities:
Sizes include the bath and WC. Floor plans may vary slightly from the actual room in question.
Payment:
We ask that you settle your bill on the evening prior to departure, either in cash or with your EC Card. In the event of last-minute cancelation or premature departure, we will be obliged to charge you 80 % of the room cost. In all other instances, Austrian Hotel Guidelines will apply. We also strongly recommend taking out holiday cancelation insurance.
Pets:
Pets are not permitted.
Please note that we are unable to guarantee a specific room or apartment number, nor a specific floor in our hotel.
